Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Van Der Graaf TM127A25-434 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eko-Electric-Works parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Speedtronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the SMB6030145112D642 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TIR850H manufactured by Eko-Electric-Works and we are pleased to be able to service most Eko-Electric-Works systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPH1803CXMPP by Manufacturer Speedtronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Parker Brand SL97A543MHRESMB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yasakawa such as SGMDH22A2AYR11 equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SM232BENMSN made by Parker as well as the popular SGMDH22A2AYR32 original spares produced by Yasakawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRF718B40NB5J by Boston and SGMDH22A2AYR11 spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMMA1S313 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
